Meet Dr. Lebrón
Dr. Mónica M. Lebrón has almost three decades of experience working in intercollegiate athletics administration specializing in revenue generation, fundraising, and external relations. She is synonymous with leadership and organizational development continuously proving that positive corporate and internal cultures result in robust bottom lines.
Dr. Lebrón has also spent the majority of her career leading, mentoring, coaching, advising, teaching, and speaking to others in varying professional spaces. From fundraising tutorials and revenue generating lesson plans to cover letter/resume writing and interview prep to managing conflict and maximizing opportunity, Dr. Lebrón lives to serve others by helping them accomplish their personal and professional goals.
Dr. Lebrón is a graduate of the Top Three Book Workshop. She writes prescriptive nonfiction works and currently has rough drafts for four books. She is seeking representation and pursuing a traditional publishing deal.

Selecting Elevated Services provides you weekly 60 minute coaching sessions with Dr. Lebrón. This level affords you everything the Core Services level affords you with additional time to tackle all your professional endeavors.

Weekly 60 minute coaching sessions may seem like enough, but every so often we are presented with a situation that requires more immediate attention. Selecting Advanced Services will allow you to schedule (2) additional 60 minute session per month with Dr. Lebrón as needed.
